CP Learning Trust (CPLT) was developed in response to partnership working in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. CPLT is a charitable organisation working in the county to improve learning opportunities.

What do we do?
The Trust works to bring about collaboration amongst providers and regeneration of areas with low learning attainment, pursuing funding on behalf of communities in order to raise aspirations and skills, and over the last five years has been actively involved in the capacity building of Skills for Life and Learning Communities. We help people overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential, providing progression routes to further learning through partnership locally, and encourage residents to volunteer to promote learning in their own communities. Training and supporting new groups dedicated to improving opportunities in their area.
CP Learning Trust works with potential learners to encourage and promote learning in the community, through first step activities to longer courses. We have helped over 35,000 learners in the past ten years.
Why do we do it?
CP Learning Trust believes that all individuals have the right to equality in learning opportunity, wherever possible funded and local, delivered in a way that supports and encourages those with fewer skills to access those opportunities.
Where do we deliver?
CP Learning Trust covers the whole of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
Recently through EEDA funding we have worked in the following areas:
Peterborough: Dogsthorpe, Central, Bretton, Paston, East, Raventhorpe, Westwood and Orton
Cambridgeshire:Eynesbury/Eaton Socon, Oxmoor, Chatteris, Wisbech waterlees and North Wards, March and Littleport, Kings Hedges Cambridge
